ok, i'll give it a go! i always have lots of questions but i'll start here:
any suggestions on how to tackle thighs in general? i have saddle bags (wahoo) and inner-thigh fat. (and a ghetto booty at that, too.) any good exercises i can do to work on those areas?
I second what Christine said. I got lots of inner thigh fat!!!
My next would be love handles...I've heard many different things but have never been good at being able to do them...I give up easily I guess :( But where's a good place to start and how do you grow from that.
Also I know you have never been pregnant but pretty much I need to work on all parts of my body :) More then anything I want to tone. My arms are getting flabby, my abs are weak, I've developed back flab, and my legs have sort of always been weak. Where do I start? For me I know I need to start little too. Very little...but I like effective also. Also I suck at cardio...like super super super suck and loathe it. I am better with weight lifting stuff.
Anyways, I'd love to hear your input. I'd love as many effective suggestions as you think would be worthful to a lazy bum like me :) And also providing me with an understanding of how to make your exercise and food intake work together in the best way possible would be great!
